Summary of the actions carried out Septembre/octobre 2006
In the framework of the project of elimination of illiteracy of the women, we rented a room at the private school the Compassiondistrict of Nukafu, Lome. The hiring at the year for 8h of course per week amount to 91,46 euros (either 60000FCFA), as well as the expenses of electricity (or 4euros per month). We deal with 50 women Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Fridays evening of 18h with 20h. We divided them into 2 classes according to their level (beginners and initiated). Moreover, we have 6 voluntary who are distributed the meetings. Since October 5, 2006, 2 volunteers Frenchwomen joined us for one 3 months duration. Within the framework of the project of schooling of the stripped children, we succeeded in providing education for 10 children at the public primary school Aniko Palako district of Nukafu, Lome. the assumption of responsibility of a child for one school year amount to 26 euro (either 17000 FCFA). That represents the purchase of the school items(books, pencils,pens,school clotches) as well as the administrative expenses. According to the relationship which exist between the 2 structures Aniko Palako and Volunteers of Rural Zones, the 2 french volunteers helps the 2 teachers of the CP in order to order to take care of the 180 children (90 per class).
